Can I try the Online-Only Dresses on in your Shop?

• Note that the Event-Only Crux and Moir ranges are Designer Dresses … they’re different to our Online-Only Dresses.

Are the Online-Only size charts accurate?
Will my Online-Only Dress fit?


• If you do buy online, our size charts are very accurate.
• Each garment has its own unique size chart.
• The size you need may be different to your normal size.
• So for a glam fit, just use the specific size chart for the item you wish to order.

Where’s my order sent from?

• All Online-Only items are sent from our offshore factory or from our Shop in Highfields.

Can I collect my order?

• Sure, if you wish! You can collect your Online Order at our next Event at our Shop in Highfields. Or you might prefer to get your Online Order delivered to your place – that’s the quickest way.

Will all my items arrive in the same package?

• Depending on stock levels, we may fulfil your order of multiple items via separate packages.

REFUNDS FOR ONLINE-ONLY ITEMS

Your statutory rights apply to all refund requests. This applies to both Online-Only items and for items purchased at Events.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, if:

• The item you received wasn’t as described.
• The item you ordered didn’t arrive within the timeframe agreed.

However, refunds are not available if:

• The garment doesn’t fit, however the ordered size was sent.
• The address you supplied wasn’t correct.
• Exceptional circumstances occur along delivery routes, beyond our reasonable control.

How do I request a refund?

• Presenting you with your dream dress is the heart & soul of what we do. So, within 36 hours of receiving your order, you can tap here to request a refund. Requests will be answered within 72 hours and directed to your original payment method within 1 week. We’ll provide you with the transaction ID within this timeframe. It’s possible your payment method provider may take longer to clear your funds.

Can I cancel my Online-Only order?

• If your order has been paid and you need change or cancel it, we need you to contact us about this within 4 hours of placing your order.

Can I exchange my Online-Only delivery?

• No. Exchanges are not possible. Reasons: we have a #BrandNewEveryTime promise … and hygiene is ultra-important to us.
