PURPOSE FOR DATA COLLECTION
In order for A Touch Of Romance Bridal & Formal to operate as a functional online shop, we need to collect and store some personal and non-personal information about you and your device. This will help us provide a shopping experience that is of interest to you; and: to understand how our Store is used; to improve our marketing efforts; and for usage analytics, research and continuous development. Data gathered also helps us identify technical malfunctions; and to improve content and/or personalised ads.

We may collect – directly or through third parties – information by which users can be directly identified (“Personal Information”). Personal information includes, but is not limited to, a customer’s personal identifiers, contact details, e-mail address, social media interactions, geo-location data, and information in connection with activities within our Online Store such as past purchases, web pages of interest, reviews left and/or images uploaded with reviews, and time spent in the store.
Please note, if you upload images with your product review to our Online Store, to maximise your privacy, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). If you leave a product review, the text and its metadata are retained indefinitely.
For customers who register an account, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile.
When you log in, our Online Store will set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen display cookies last for one year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

REQUESTS FOR DATA DELETION

Upon completed deletion, we will reply to the request confirming same.
